What Makes For A Good Life?
A Journey Into The Quantified Self
Preface
This book is my attempt to quantify which factors contribute the most to my chance of living a “good life”. Using biometric and self-reported data I plan to tackle the following questions:
Am I getting happier?
Am I becoming more stable?
Which environmental factors most influence my mood?
Which habit most influence my mood?
What is the relationship between physical activity and happiness?
How do I fare with the PERMA+ model?
Chapters will be added and updated as I collect more data.
